In 2010, the OMT Division formally created the Best International Paper Award. The winner of this award automatically becomes the Divison’s nominee for the Academy of Management’s Carolyn Dexter Award. Although there was not an official award winner prior 2010, the Division’s nominee was still announced and recognized.
